1. General

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the 7000 bd platform and all related services. By opening an account on 7000 bd or using its services, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

These Terms apply to adult users residing in Bangladesh. You must read the full document before using the platform. For more information about us, please read our About Us page.

7000 bd reserves the right to amend or update any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on the website, so it is the user's responsibility to check this page regularly.

1.1 Definitions

• "Platform" — the 7000 bd website and mobile application.
• "User" or "Member" — any person registered on 7000 bd.
• "Service" — all gaming, betting and financial transaction features provided through 7000 bd.
• "Account" — a personal account registered on the platform.
• "Bonus" — a promotional offer provided by 7000 bd, available subject to specific conditions.

2. Account Registration and Management

An active account is required to use 7000 bd's services. All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete and up to date. Providing false or incorrect information may result in account suspension or closure.

2.1 Single Account Policy

Each user may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same name, from the same device, or using the same payment method is strictly prohibited. If this policy is violated, all related accounts may be permanently closed and any funds held may be forfeited.

2.2 Account Verification (KYC)

To ensure security, 7000 bd follows a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. When verification documents are requested, the user is required to submit them within the specified time. Verification may be mandatory, particularly for withdrawals and large transactions.

2.3 Password and Security

Account login details must be kept strictly confidential. The user is fully responsible for all activity on their account. Sharing login details with any third party is strictly prohibited.

3. Age and Eligibility Requirements

7000 bd's services are available only to persons aged 21 or older. Opening an account below the age of 21 is strictly prohibited, and any such account, once identified, will be closed immediately.

Providing a false age at registration is a serious violation. In such cases, 7000 bd reserves the right to forfeit all deposited funds and bonuses.

• The user must be a resident of Bangladesh.
• Accounts must be opened in your own name — operating an account on behalf of another person is prohibited.
• You must be legally able to use online gaming services.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Financial transactions on the 7000 bd platform are fully secure and are processed through popular payment methods available in Bangladesh.

4.1 Deposits

Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (for example Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (for each method).

4.2 Withdrawals

The same methods are available for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are normally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Funds may only be withdrawn to a payment method registered in the account holder's name.
• To withdraw bonus funds, the associated wagering requirements must be completed.
• Large withdrawals may be held if account verification has not been completed.
• In cases of suspected irregular activity, 7000 bd reserves the right to hold a withdrawal pending investigation.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

7000 bd offers various bonuses for new and regular members. Each bonus has its own conditions that must be met.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Example: a ৳1,000 deposit gives a ৳1,500 bonus, making your balance ৳2,500; to withdraw, you must wager ৳1,500 × 15 = ৳22,500.

5.2 General Bonus Conditions

• A bonus offer may be used only once per account, unless the specific offer states otherwise.
• You must read the specific conditions of an offer before claiming it.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings from bonus funds become withdrawable after the wagering requirements are met.
• 7000 bd reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any bonus offer.
• If manipulation or misuse of a bonus is proven, the bonus and related winnings may be forfeited.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All members must follow certain general rules for betting and gaming on 7000 bd. These rules apply equally to all members.

6.1 Valid Bets

A confirmed bet generally cannot be changed or cancelled. 7000 bd reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were displayed incorrectly due to a technical error. In such cases, the original stake will be returned.

6.2 Game Results

All game and betting results are determined by a neutral, automated system. In live casino games, results produced by professional dealers are considered final.

6.3 Prohibited Activities

• Using any software, bots or automation in betting or gaming is prohibited.
• Exploiting system or game vulnerabilities to gain an advantage is a serious violation.
• Colluding with other members to place bets is prohibited.
• Using the platform for money laundering is strictly prohibited and is a criminal offence.

7. Account Suspension and Closure

7000 bd may suspend or permanently close an account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these Terms.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Evidence of bonus abuse or fraud.
• Participation in prohibited activities.

Users may also close their account voluntarily. In that case, you will have the opportunity to withdraw any legitimate balance, but bonuses with incomplete wagering requirements will be cancelled.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

The platform uses SSL encryption, which keeps all financial and personal data secure. User data is not sold to third parties.
